DISTILLING CLASS

Join us for our most hands-on in-depth gin experience at our distillery in Glasgow. You will learn about gin and its history, before being taken on a tutored tasting of our Crossbill range. Our distiller will then help you select your own botanicals and distil these in a copper pot still.
BLENDING CLASS
2-hour class
An action-packed couple of hours at our distillery in Glasgow. We give a brief introduction to gin before you taste test our innovative juniper spirits. Our distiller will then help you to choose from a selection of pre-distilled botanical spirits with which you will then blend your very own gin.
TUTORED TASTING
1-hour class
Join us at our distillery in Glasgow. Our distiller will take you on an unhurried journey through the Crossbill range of unique Scottish gins. Enjoy a tutored tasting of Crossbill Gins as you learn about the bold, complex flavours from the Scottish ingredients we personally harvest by hand in the Highlands.
