Sea Buckthorn: Harvested by the award-winning Seabuckthorn Scotland, these vibrant orange berries bring a zesty, tangy brightness with a distinctive bitter-sweet edge.
Dulse Seaweed: Sourced from MARA Seaweed, its umami-rich, slightly salty depth evokes the wild and bracing Scottish coastlines.
Scottish Parsnip: From Aberdeenshire, parsnip adds a subtle earthy sweetness that balances the bold, maritime-inspired botanicals.
This edition is a tribute to the hidden bounty found even in Scotland's coldest months. With every botanical hand-gathered, these flavours are available for a limited time—when they’re gone, they’re gone!
